Clients agree to the payment structure outlined in their service agreement. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and clients may choose from various payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and alternative payment options.

Clients have the right to cancel our services within three business days of signing the service agreement without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, clients must notify us in writing or via email within the specified timeframe. If first round of disputes go out no refunds will be givien.

Our credit repair services adhere to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all relevant federal and state regulations governing credit repair organizations. We are committed to ethical business practices and compliance with consumer protection laws.

While we work diligently to improve our clients' credit standing, it's important to note that individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes within a certain timeframe, as credit repair is a complex and dynamic process influenced by various factors.
